These are the questions we hear (or expect to hear) frequently!

Who are you?

We are a happily married couple. She’s the crafty (feral) book nerd, he’s the gaming computer nerd, the rest is history. We share complementary passions for softness, cuteness, warmth, and cats. Especially cats. We have 3 of them and they are our children. Our disrespectful, backtalking, unappreciative…haha, just kidding, we love them!

Bella

Bella is our big girl of the group. One half of the biological sisters. A feline tank, ready to take down anything that doesn’t move too quickly or make too much noise (that’s scary!).

Luna

The scrappy paranoid of the bunch. Always sleeps with one eye open and ready to jump into action at a moment’s notice! Unless it’s noisy or there’s a comfy spot for a nap nearby.

Izzy

Last but not least, our special lady Izzy. She might be a little older, but don’t let that fool you, she’s still new to the indoor scene and our household! With her worldly experience and seasoned attitude, she often leaves Bella and Luna in awe. Stare into the void long enough and it will stare back at you.

How long does it take to receive my bundle?

Time to ship can vary based on the time of order and can be impacted by our availability and schedules, especially if a video is requested. We will always do our best to minimize processing and shipping time on your orders.

Can I get premium items without paying for Crystal Picks?

Yes! All of our picks have a chance of being an upgrade to one of our premium items! Purchasing Crystal Picks or packs that contain them just guarantee that you will receive that many premium items.

Can I choose multiple colors?

Yes. Comment second color in your order comments. We actually prefer a second color as a backup in case we are out of your first choice.

Can I purchase multiple bundles in different colors with the same products?

Yes! However…please make sure you let us know when you order multiple bundles if you want the items to match (just different colors). We will do our absolute best to match multiple sets, but some items may not be available in all colors.

Can I request a specific item?

Yes…however, we cannot guarantee any one specific item will be picked! That being said, we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your bundle.

Can I request a specific item to NOT have in my bundle?

Absolutely! If you know of any item that you specifically do NOT want just let us know in the order comments and we will make sure to exclude it! Examples: “spicy” items, hair care products, lotions, etc.

Can I request a specific item?

What if you don’t have a specific item that is drawn?

Oops! That’s our bad. If we draw an item for you that we find out we don’t have, we will draw again and add an extra pick of the same type!

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet…if you are outside of the US and interested in ordering from us, please send an email ([email protected]) or message us on any of our social media platforms.

Are there any rewards/discounts for multiple orders?

Mayyyyybe! After you order, keep an eye on your email for some possible coupon codes for your next order. Additionally sign up for our mailing list and follow us on our social media platforms for chances at extra savings and treats!
